Chapters 15-21 Characters

Here's the thread for analysis of any new characters.

    Sam Beaver is the only person Louis trust. He help Louis find a job and helps save Louis love Serena in Philadelphia.

    Louis Father- (Cob) stole a trumpet for Louis from the music store and is in debt. He later returns to the music store to pay for his debt and is shot at by music storeowner in the process. He survives.

    -Louis is a swan who was born with a speech defects and is not able to communicate with his family because of his lack of voice. He is in loves with Serena. He goes out in search for a job and learns to play the trumpet to tell Serena he crazy about her swan style.

    Serna- a female swan who Louis is in love with. She ends up in Philadelphia, where she sees Louis again. She ends up falling for him.

    SECONDARY CHARACTERS
    -Mr. Beaver- Sam's father

    -Female swan is a pen but in the book, she is called wife and Louis Mother- shows Louis that she cares about him and keep Cob is line.
    -Boatman- is the owner of Swan Boat in Boston, the capital of Massachusetts
    - Lucas is known as Lucky hired Louis to play at nightclub for $500/wk for 10 weeks in Philadelphia.
    Head Man- agreed not to clip Louis exchange to play every Sunday afternoon for the zoo. Order keeper to clip Serena wings
    -Wood Duck- stole Louis’s trumpet
    - Music store owner- shot Cob
    - Game Warden- arrest the music store owner for shooting a rare bird
    -Judge Ricketts- decides the outcome of the case of storeowner actions.
    -Alfred- testified about the crime.
    -Cab driver- drove Louis from zoo to nightclub.
    -Clerk, waiter, and bellboy- all these characters work at the Ritz Hotel in Boston
